War of dust & rain
There are two rainy seasons in Masaailand where we live. Inbetween, it is absolute torture at midday: hot, dusty, dry and windy. At any one time you can look out over the community land and there will be at least 20 dust 'tornados' pushing through the thorn bushes, hitting animals and people head on until their eyes appear to melt with tears! On Sunday there was a war between the oncoming rain & the usual dust parades. The build up was magnificent and the delight and excitement in Sawyers eyes was great! The rain won and transformed the landscape for a few hours to something blissful and sweet.
